Classypants provides access to the Classypants.co.uk website (the website) and sells its products to you subject to the conditions set out on this page.

Please read these conditions carefully before using the Classypants.co.uk website . By using the Classypants.co website you signify your agreement to be bound by the these conditions.

General Conditions

When you place an order to purchase a product from Classypants we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you and it is confirmed by an email we send to you confirming that we have dispatched (the ‘Dispatch Confirmation Email‘). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation Email to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation Email to have been dispatched  do not form part of that contract. You are seeking to enter into a contract with Classypants when you place an order.

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree as we do , to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

Cancellation and Returns

Please review our returns policy detailed below, which applies to products purchased from us. In addition to the returns policy, customers in the European Union are entitles to a statutory cooling off period of seven business days, Details of this statutory right and an explanation of how to exercise it are provided in  - How to Cancel.

How to Cancel.

Under the United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.

To cancel this contract, email, or write to us stating the order number and giving your clear instruction that you wish to cancel the order.

If we have already shipped your order , you will need to package the relevant items  and send them back to us.  The address is in our contact details.

If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible , and in any case within thirty days after we receive your notification.

Returns Policy.

Classypants  aims to supply our customers the finest quality designer goods; however, if a customer is dissatisfied with their purchase - we offer a complete, no-quibble returns money back guarantee.
For reasons of hygiene this guarantee does not extend to underwear that has been worn, unless there is a fault with the garment. Where there is a fault with the garment we offer a complete 100% refund , including delivery charge.

If any customer is dissatisfied with the goods that they have purchased from Classypants, we will offer a 100% refund (excluding delivery charge).

The goods must be sent back in their original condition, unworn , with all tags, identifications intact and the packaging must not be damaged. Both the goods and packaging  have to be in a re-saleable condition to qualify a refund. This Guarantee does not apply where the packaging has been damaged or the goods worn, when for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept a returned garment  (please refer to the guarantee above), unless there is a fault with the goods , in which case we will offer a 100% refund including any delivery charge.

All returns should be notified and agreed with us before posting . Please contact us by email giving your invoice reference and your reason for returning the goods.  We will then contact you with a returns reference number. Goods must be returned within 14 days from receiving your order when they will be assessed and refunds made subject to their condition.

Delivery.

Orders receives before 4 p.m. on a normal working day, (excludes Weekends and U.K. Bank Holidays), will normally be processed the following working day and dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, subject to stock and any additional security checks which may be required.

If we are out of stock of an item(s) you have ordered, we do apologise and we will immediately email you (with an estimate of the time to re-stock, where applicable) asking if you wish to;

1. Cancel the out of stock item(s).

2. Delay delivery until the out of stock item(s) are available;

3. Receive the in stock items immediately, and wait for the out of stock item(s); or

4. Cancel the entire order.

We will immediately process a refund of the relevant part of you payment, for items out of stock, should you request it.

U.K. Carriage is by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, at a fixed price of £2.00. Please note that in all cases , a signature will be required on receipt of the items.
